Upstage Dancewear uses Australia Post as the courier for all Australian & International Orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an additional email with a tracking number that can be tracked via Australia Post Website. Items are dispatched on business days, being Monday-Friday + Saturday Mornings. Parcels can not be dispatched on Saturday Afternoons, Sundays or Public Holidays, due to our local AusPost being closed on these days.

During the checkout process, select pick up and no postage charges will be added to your order. This option is only available to Melbourne customers.

- Upstage does not guarantee same day pick up of orders, unless all items are in-stock at the store. Please contact us if you need items urgently, and we can confirm if they are in stock.
