Upstage Dancewear posts all parcels via Australia Post. Once your order has been posted you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be tracked via Australia Post Website. We have a flat rate shipping cost.
Delivery Times within Australia:
Express Post deliveries are normally received in 1-3 days
Regular Post deliveries are normally received in 3-5 business days
This is depending on where the package is being delivered in Australia.
International Delivery Times: 5+ Days with tracking provided.
Please Note: Once your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post, we do not have any control over your parcel or any delays that may occur.
Returns & Exchange
Full Priced Items purchased online may be returned for for exchange, within 7 days of receiving your parcel. please email us to process a return.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase/s, please follow the instructions below so that our team can you help you find your ideal product.
For the return/exchange of online purchases, regardless of whether they are faulty, change of mind or incorrect fit you must meet the following return/exchange policy conditions:
- The item/s must be returned within 7 days of delivery date
- The item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all original labels/tags attached
- The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase
- No items which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or returns
- No stockings/Hosiery/Makeup can be exchanged due to health regulations.
Please note: If you return an item, you will need to cover the cost of postage. You Will also need to cover the cost to re-ship an exchanged item.
We suggest using a trackable postage option. Unfortunately if the package is lost on its way to us, our team will be limited in what they can do to compensate you.
Sale/Clearance items bought on this website are final. This means there is no exchange or refund on these items.
All Items bought online in conjunction with a free or promotional code can be exchanged but not refunded.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS- We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect or an incorrect item, please email nunawading with your name, order reference number and a description of the problem and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
-We reserve the right to determine whether a product is faulty, a deemed for replacement, repair or refund.

To post the item, you can reuse the Satchel Bag or you can purchase a prepaid satchel at your local post office *Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items in transit.
Include the following items in your Satchel:
The item/s you wish to return/exchange
Tax Invoice / Order Confirmation Email.
Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it.
Products purchased online may also be returned or exchanged in one of our dance stores.
