This Returns Policy (Returns Policy) applies to all purchases made on our Websites. This Returns Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions (Terms) and any capitalised terms not defined in this Returns Policy are defined in the Terms. Refund Policy: Upstage Dancewear does not offer refunds on any change of mind purchases. If you need to return an item you may be eligible for a store credit or exchange(if applicable). Please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additional Shipping costs may apply for exchanging items.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate (Tights, Lingerie, Stockings) Wigs, Makeup, Skincare, eye contacts

Clearance Items, Discounted / Reduced /Sale Items all items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Full Price / regular priced items may be returned for exchange or issued with a store credit. All additional shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

When shipping your return to our store, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
